One hour. An honest read of where you actually stand.
Most candidates do not fail because they are unprepared. They fail because they are preparing the wrong thing, in the wrong order, at the wrong point in the calendar. The Review is where that gets diagnosed, by someone who sat on the hiring side of the interviews you are preparing for.
What happens
You pick the focus. I run it like an interviewer.
One hour is enough when it is spent on the right thing, so you choose the focus before we start: your CV, your story, your networking plan, your technical preparation, or one scored mock interview.
STEP 1
Book instantly
Pay, pick your slot and the Zoom is confirmed on the spot. A few short questions set the focus before we speak.
STEP 2
The diagnosis
Where you actually stand against the bar, read the way an interviewer reads it.
STEP 3
The sequence
What to fix first, second and third, mapped against the live recruiting calendar for your market.
STEP 4
You keep the work
Written notes after the call. Nothing rests on your memory.
- A ranked list of gaps, not a list of compliments. If your story does not survive a follow-up, you will hear it in the first fifteen minutes.
- A calendar, not a wish list. Rolling processes reward early applications. You leave knowing what has to be done by when, for your specific cycle.
- A target list that matches your profile. Which banks and which groups are realistic for you.
- A straight answer on whether you need more help. Some people leave with a plan they can run alone. I will tell you which one you are.
Fit
Worth booking, or not
Book it if
- You are applying for spring weeks, summer internships, off-cycle or graduate roles in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore or New York
- You are from a non-target and want to know what actually closes that gap
- You have been rejected and nobody has told you why
- You have interviews booked and want one scored mock before them
- You are early and would rather build the plan than improvise it later
Do not book it if
- You want a guarantee of an offer. Nobody can sell you that honestly
- You have already decided what your problem is and want it confirmed
- You are looking for encouragement rather than an assessment
Where candidates landed
Recent offers, in their words.
A small number of candidates each cycle. Here are some of the seats they landed and what made the difference.
What moved the needle was the way we constructed my story. By the time I interviewed, every answer pointed to why I belonged in the seat, and that's what won me the HSBC summer offer.
Going into off-cycle recruiting, I had no idea how to stand out in such a competitive process. Raphael sharpened my story and my technicals until I could hold my own in any interview. I genuinely couldn't have landed my Morgan Stanley offer without him.
Raphael knew exactly what Lazard would be testing for and drilled me until I could deliver it under pressure. By interview day the difference was night and day. I couldn't have done it without his help.

FAQ
Asked before booking
What happens after I pay?
You pick your slot straight away and the Zoom is confirmed on the spot. A few short questions set the focus, so the hour starts on your situation rather than on context.
Is the US$250 credited if I continue?
Yes. If you move into Full Cycle within 3 days of the Review, the US$250 is credited in full against the US$2,000 package.
Do you offer a free intro call?
No. The Review is a working session rather than a sales call. If I am not the right person for your situation, you will hear it inside the hour, along with what would actually help.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge more than 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours the slot is held and counted as used. The Review is not refundable once completed.
What does Full Cycle add?
Ten sessions across positioning, CV, LinkedIn, story, networking, coffee chats, technicals, scored mock interviews and offer support, at US$2,000 with the Review credited. Full Cycle candidates are also considered for an eight-week Finance Research Analyst internship at RT Advisory, remote, subject to confirmation. See the full programme.
