Raphael Tressieres
Raphael is a senior investment banker who has executed transactions exceeding US$25bn. He began his investment banking career at BNP Paribas in Paris and London before joining Nomura in Hong Kong.
At Nomura he rose to Executive Director in TMT, leading the FinTech IBD practice in Asia. His portfolio spans high-profile M&A, IPOs, Private Placements and Financing for corporates and private equity funds.
He also gained substantial operational experience through Corporate Development & Strategy leadership roles, most recently as Chief Strategy & Business Officer for the largest stablecoin issuer in Asia. Raphael holds a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School in France, China and the US.
And he did it from outside the feeder schools: SKEMA sits on no IBD target list, which is precisely the point. He broke in the hard way, and that playbook is what he teaches. Today he is a top-rated Head Mentor on Wall Street Oasis with 300+ completed sessions, having mentored candidates into bulge brackets and elite boutiques.

Do you guarantee offers?
No. And be wary of anyone who does. I guarantee preparation at the standard I held as an interviewer, and total honesty about where you stand.
Which markets do you cover?
London, Paris and Hong Kong natively; US timelines covered. If your target is elsewhere, ask on the fit call.
I'm a first-year. Too early?
Earlier is cheaper. A single session now beats a full program booked in panic later.
How do sessions run?
Video call, 60 minutes, recorded for you to rewatch. Async reviews come back as short recorded walkthroughs.
Refunds?
Unused Full Cycle sessions are refundable. The single session isn't, as it already happened.
Limited intake
Ten candidates per cycle. That's the whole model.
